The longevity of your teeth whitening results depends on your lifestyle, oral care maintenance and how well you follow the recommended after care instructions. Typically, our clients book in for a Refresh Whitening treatment after a year or two.
Regular dental cleaning to reduce plaque prolongs whitening and is imperative for good oral health. Plaque absorbs stains much faster than your natural teeth, causes bad breath and often creates a yellow edge along the gumline and between teeth if not cleaned properly. Plaque build up can also cause gums to become red, inflamed and sometimes bleed.
Very noticeable plaque build up can interfere with the effectiveness of any whitening treatment so we recommend you have a dental clean prior to whitening.

Yes, the results are as good as a dentist but without the price tag.
Our treatment is far superior to home whitening kits, which may only lift tooth colour a few shades or none at all and potentially damage your teeth and gums.

The treatment will clean false teeth and in some cases brighten them back to their original colour but can not whiten them beyond this.
Speak to your technician as we can brighten up crowns, veneers or other artificial material and false teeth and then brighten your natural teeth to a similar shade to give you a more fresh look.

This depends on your lifestyle; smoking, coffee, tea, red wine and strongly pigmented foods like red tomato based sauces, turmeric etc can cause staining, however we can advise you on how best to reduce this. We recommend you have a Refresh Whitening treatment after 6-12 months to maintain your bright smile.
Refresh whitening is most effective when you teeth have been recently cleaned professionally. We offer a clean and whitening service.

The process that whitens your teeth is called Oxidisation. This involves the whitening gel being activated by the LED light and the breakdown of oxygen that penetrates the enamel and dentin to help lessen any discolouration.
We use patented gel with special ingredients that accelerate whitening.
This accelerated whitening reaction is due to a “photo-fenton” reaction. When combined with specific wavelengths of violet, red and blue lights this has proven to enhance whitening results.

Definitely before!
When you get a crown or veneer, the dentist will match the colour to the shade of your natural teeth. If this is stained, the colour of your crown or veneers will also be this same shade and cannot be lightened afterwards by teeth whitening, the crown, veneer etc will need to be replaced if you want a different colour.
Book in for teeth whitening a 1-2 weeks before your dentist appointment so we can lighten your natural teeth before the shade for your crown or veneer is chosen.

We may be unable to perform the teeth whitening procedure if you:
*have poor enamel or decalcification caused by excessive use of fluorides
*have a periodontal disease including gingivitis, or gums in poor condition
*have recently had oral surgery
*have decaying teeth, exposed roots or unfilled cavities
*have a history of allergic reactions to peroxide products
*wear braces
*Have severe Epilepsy, as LED lamp may trigger epileptic seizure
*Are pregnant, lactating or menstruating
*Are under the age of 16

Some within the teeth whitening industry use a Laser lamp to activate the whitening gel. It is proven that heating the gel increases results however when using a laser light, it is not only the gel that is heated but also the tooth and potentially the inner part of your tooth including the nerve. Many people find that this light feels hot and can be quite painful and thus laser lights at the incorrect wavelength and temperature increase the risk of side effects such as tooth sensitivity, gum irritation, burns to the soft tissue of your gums and lips.
We only use cool, safe and specific wavelength LED lights in violet, red and blue minimising the risk of these side effects.
Blue LED light also reduces bacteria associated to gum disease and red LED light reduces gum inflammation and helps tissue repair and healing.

Please note this is only for teeth whitening services or packages that include teeth whitening, for example 2 personal special with dental clean and whitening would be eligible but dental clean with no whitening is not eligible at this time.
If you wish to pay for your teeth whitening using Afterpay, simply book your appointment online through our website and select 'Pay Deposit'. You will pay a $100 deposit to confirm your appointment (not using Afterpay), and then on the day of your appointment the remainder owing will be split into 4 instalments using your Afterpay account.
You will pay the first instalment on the day of your appointment and the remainder every fortnight.
Please ensure that prior to your teeth whitening appointment, you have set up your Afterpay account and have the Afterpay card added to your digital wallet on your phone.
Plese ensure you have available funds or full payment at your treatment will be required.
